Capital Atlas provides tools and data workflows to help users discover and evaluate investors and related market activity. You agree to use the service lawfully and not to misuse, reverse engineer, or disrupt the platform.

You are responsible for activity under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. We may suspend or terminate access when required to protect the platform, users, or legal compliance.

Payments and subscriptions

Certain features require payment or subscription. Billing terms, renewal behavior, and cancellation timing depend on the plan selected at checkout.

Third-party providers and analytics

Data collected through Capital Atlas may be shared with third-party service providers that help us operate the product, including payment processing, authentication, infrastructure, and analytics providers. We may also use collected data for product analytics, performance monitoring, fraud prevention, and service improvement.

Privacy and data rights requests
