About
Founded in 2012 by former partners of large private equity companies, DXA Investments actively manages alternative investments in Brazil´s private capital markets – small-medium private equity enterprises, real estate, and credit. DXA’s main strategy is to pursue opportunities generated by the growth of the middle class and improved wealth distribution stemming from the economic expansion of Latin America. The firm focuses its investments in the hospitality, entertainment, consumer, retail, internet, technology, healthcare, and renewable energy sectors. Since 2013, DXA has been developing liquid strategies, searching for uncorrelated investments on a multi-strategy approach. In 2015, through an equity consolidation, DXA joined with Kron Gestão de Recursos, a Multistrategy & Macro Investment firm. Jointly, DXA and Kron have more than 30 years of experience in investments. The firm is headquartered in Rio de Janeiro and has an additional office in São Paulo.
