GLP Capital Partners (GCP) is a global real estate firm that invests primarily through real assets, infrastructure, natural resources as well as private equity strategies. GCP is part of the wider Marq Logistics global brand (which rebranded from GLP in 2025). GCP invests across high conviction and fast-growing new economy sectors such as logistics, data centers, renewable energy, and related technologies. Hidden Hill Capital, the private equity arm of GCP based in China, focuses on investments in logistics services, digital supply chain, and logistics-related technology in the region. GCP was acquired by Ares Management in 2025, with the China-focused funds still managed by GCP and Hidden Hill, and the bulk of the international funds to shift ownership to Ares Management.
