Accel-KKR is a US based investment firm founded by venture firm Accel Partners and leveraged buyout firm Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. Accel-KKR. The firm operates independently of its original backers and is owned by two co-managing partners, Tom Barnds and Rob Palumbo.
