The firm seeks to provide capital for corporate divestitures, recapitalizations, family business ownership transitions, growth financings, and acquisitions. Sectors the firm invests in include manufacturing, business services, and value-added distribution and logistics. The firm is not interested in start-ups or early-stage companies and is not interested in industries characterized by rapid technological change, fads or fashion, and project-based opportunities such as real estate development, oil and gas, and motion pictures.
