Jiangxi Poyanghu Industry Investment Management is a 50-50 joint venture between ICBC International and the government of Jiangxi. It manages open-ended balanced vehicle Jiangxi Poyanghu Industry Investment Fund I which raises capital from Chinese investors on a deal-by-deal basis. Jiangxi Poyanghu Industry Investment Management invests in both infrastructure assets and leading unlisted companies in Poyanghu Ecological Economy Zone. It also provides growth capital to pre-IPO companies and seed capital to companies based in other Chinese cities. It may also explore PIPE opportunities on a case-by-case basis. It invests across a wide spectrum of industries, including resources, new energy, food processing, pharmaceuticals, salt chemical, tourism and ceramic sectors. Jiangxi Poyanghu Industry Investment Management is no longer in active in its operations
