Launched in October 2025 and based in New York, Bregal Secondaries invests globally in both LP and GP-led transactions, leveraging Bregal’s GP relationships and network of eight offices worldwide. Bregal Secondaries builds on two decades of primary relationships with GPs across North America and Europe. With a long-term investment focus, the Bregal platform encompasses more than 140 existing partnerships and targets annual commitments in excess of $2 billion*, providing Bregal with access to differentiated deal flow as a partner of choice for transactions. *This target reflects the total estimated target deployment commitments across Bregal’s fund-of-funds business, together with the estimated capital investments by Bregal’s parent company into Bregal’s minority- and majority-owned direct investing strategies.
