(formerly ACA Secondaries Co., Ltd.) is a Tokyo-based investment firm specializing in secondary transactions involving unlisted equities, corporate bonds, credit instruments, and fund interests (LP stakes) of small- and mid-cap enterprises in Japan. The firm provides liquidity solutions to financial institutions, corporates, business owners, and minority shareholders through practical secondary investment strategies, targeting situations where traditional PE, VC, or turnaround funds are typically unable to offer solutions. Services also include shareholder restructuring and capital policy advisory, as well as collaborative advisory with external legal, accounting, and tax professionals. The firm was established in November 2020 as ACA Secondaries Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of the ACA Group. On December 15, 2025, the firm rebranded to Second Point Capital Co., Ltd. following its spin-out and independence from the ACA Group, with the aim of building a more flexible and value-driven investment platform. The firm's registered office, management, business activities, and existing contractual obligations remained unchanged following the rebrand.
