Oak Hill Advisors (OHA) is a New York based fund manager that operates across multiple asset classes including private equity, private debt, real estate, and hedge funds, with a primary focus on North American and European markets. The private equity division pursues growth-oriented investments across a broad range of sectors globally. The private debt division manages strategies such as distressed funds, credit opportunity funds, credit hedge funds, customized accounts, specialty funds, and collateralized loan obligations (CLOs), targeting diverse industries worldwide. The real estate division concentrates on debt-related investments in residential and commercial properties throughout the United States and selected European countries. OHA is now part of T.
