Finnvera is a specialised financing company owned by the State of Finland and it is the official Export Credit Agency (ECA) of Finland. Finnvera seeks to strengthen the operating potential and competitiveness of Finnish enterprises by offering loans, domestic guarantees, export credit guarantees and other services associated with the financing of exports. On September 30, 2021, Finnvera discontinued its venture capital operations and sold its investments to Tesi. The transaction is in compliance with the guidelines of the Ministry of Employment and the Economy.
