About
RVC was launched in 1995 as The Greenhouse Fund, the in-house Corporate Venture Capital arm of the Reuters Group. In 2001, RVC became independent from Reuters and is now wholly owned by its Investment Partners and Chairman. RVC is primarily focused on investment opportunities in the technology sector in Europe and will focus exclusively on software. The firm invests at all stages but will target early stage companies beginning to commercialise their technology.
