About
London Fund Managers (LFM) is a division of Yorkshire Venture Finance (YVF), the Venture Capital arm of the Yorkshire Enterprise Group. LFM manages The Capital Fund which can invest in businesses based in the 32 boroughs of London and the City of London. Initial investment can be up to GBP 330,000 and the fund has the ability to invest a further GBP 330,000 after at least 6 months. It has the ability to follow its investments alongside new investors, in order to prevent dilution, up to a maximum commitment of GBP 5 million. In 2004, London Fund Managers became YFM Venture Finance. The fund's parent company, Yorkshire Enterprise Group, has also changed its name to YFM Group.
