Rasmala Partners is an asset management firm with offices in London, Cairo, and Dubai. The firm focuses on the management of private equity, real estate and hedge funds and portfolios across the Arab markets in both Conventional and Shariah Compliant strategies. The private equity arm of the firm provides capital for buyouts, growth equity financings, restructurings, and turnaround situations. Following restructuring within the firm, Rasmala Partners changed its strategy and now operates on a deal-by-deal basis. The real estate arm of the firm focuses on opportunities in mixed-use, office, residential, and warehouse/distribution properties globally across the Middle East, Europe, Africa, and the US.
