Proventure was a private equity fund of funds manager and provided fund administration and investment advisory services. In February 2007, the entire share capital of the Proventure companies was acquired by Amanda Capital, the Finland-based fund of funds manager, for EUR 10 million. The companies were valued at EUR 7.1 million as of December 2006. Proventure was fully merged with Amanda, and Proventure’s two fund of funds are subsequently managed by Amanda. All future funds raised will be managed by Amanda under the Amanda Capital name.
