von Braun & Schreiber Private Equity Partners (B&S) was one of the leading institutional fund of funds managers in Germany with offices in both the United States (Palm Beach Gardens, Florida) and Germany (Munich). B&S specialized in the management of buyout, venture capital and distressed debt for control programs and, since its foundation in 1999, concentrated on fulfilling the needs and goals of institutional investors. B&S offered its clients both standardized and tailored funds of funds and also provided a wide range of administrative services. The firm's main clients were insurance companies, pension funds, foundations, and family offices. However, through selected intermediaries, private clients were also approached. B&S was managed by its four partners and supported by five seasoned advisory board members and a team of research, investment and portfolio managers.
