Segro is a property investment and development company which is domiciled in the UK and has a listing on the London Stock Exchange as well as Euronext Paris. Segro develops and invests in property in prime business centres in Western Europe and North America with over 80% of its assets being invested in edge of town flexible business space and 16% in six retail shopping centres in the UK. The firm began in April 1920 as the Slough Trading Company. It then changed its name in 1926 to Slough Estates. A new name and corporate identity, SEGRO, was introduced in May 22, 2007.
