Cardinal Capital Group UC invests its own capital, alongside international institutional investors to support entrepreneurs, corporate management teams, and real estate investors. The Carlyle Cardinal Ireland Fund is Cardinal Capital Group's joint project with the Carlyle Group to invest in small, medium, and mid-market Irish companies. The real estate arm provides debt finance, investment, and development into all sectors of the Irish real estate market including residential, the private rental sector, student accommodation, office, leisure, hotel, retail, industrial, and healthcare properties.
