Founded in 1998, Integrated Asset Management Corp. is an investment firm that focuses on the management of alternative investments, specifically targeting opportunities based in Canada and across a broad range of industries. The IAM Private Debt Group was originally founded in 1987 as First Treasury and then acquired by IAM in 2000. The private debt platform provides senior fixed-rate, fixed-term debt to mid-sized public and private companies. The firm's real estate business concentrates on the acquisition, development, redevelopment, repositioning, and rehabilitation of real estate assets and the management of private real estate funds. The firm focuses on opportunities in commercial and industrial properties across Canada and the US. IPD Infrastructure was established in 2010 by Integrated Asset Management (IAM) through its subsidiary Integrated Private Debt (IPD) as an infrastructure investment portfolio management unit. The firm invests in renewable energy, clean energy, and small infrastructure projects that are socially responsible. The firm wound up the venture capital operation and made the last distribution to investors in 2015.
