About
Omni Partners is a fund manager that makes investments in private equity and real estate strategies across the UK. Omni was set up in 2004 as a hedge fund investment manager. In 2009 the company started allocating internal capital in the private markets, more specifically within UK real estate debt. In 2014 Omni launched its first co-mingled private debt fund. The company expanded its private markets investment activities into private equity in 2019, again completing several transactions with internal capital. Omni recruited a Head of Private Equity in Jan 2022, at the same time it spun out its legacy hedge fund business. During 2022 the company began sharing the deals its originating with prospective co-investors, seeking co-investment allocations on a deal-by-deal basis.
