Boundary Capital is quoted on both the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange and on the IEX market of the Irish Stock Exchange. It was established by Niall McFadden to advise and participate in public to private transactions. Boundary Capital has tended to source, execute and manage deals on behalf of its investor base, which includes Boundary Equity Holdings Limited, the directors of Boundary Capital and external high-net worth investors. Going forward however, Boundary Management Limited (BML), which is a new company, intends to source deals on behalf of Boundary Capital and external investors. BML and its directors may co-invest in these deals. Boundary Capital invests on an opportunistic basis, acquiring majority stakes in cash generative companies with established trading track records. Boundary Capital will also consider investing in property assets, although these investments will not account for more than 35% by value of its assets under management. No single investment will represent more than 30% of the assets under management, while no single property investment will represent more than 20%. Boundary Capital will not invest in technology based start-up companies but will consider new ventures in established markets.
