About

Business Incubator & Accelerator Company, known as BIAC, was an investment company that managed incubators and accelerators. The firm also provided venture capital investments in different business sectors to develop the innovation environment and technology transfer in Saudia Arabia. The firm was a subsidiary of the Saudi Technology Development and Investment Company, which, in turn, was wholly owned by the Public Investment Fund. As of July 2025, BIAC has merged with the internal Shared Services Center of PIF, forming Tasama, a national platform for integrated business services in Saudi Arabia.
