PMV is a fund management in infrastructure and private equity firm located in Belgium. PMV aims to finance projects that are strategically important to the Flemish region, creating economic growth and social benefits in the process. PMV has also been investing in infrastructure PPPs and renewable energy since 2006. The private equity arm of the firm invests in biotech, cleantech, IT, life sciences, and infrastructure for the future across Belgium. PMV's private debt arm provides solutions that consist of the first place of mezzanine financing, known as growth mezzanine, used to strengthen the financial capability of dynamic high-growth companies that have a sustainable competitive advantage. The firm participates on a risk-bearing basis in the international expansion plans of Flemish companies. The infrastructure and natural resources arm of the firm focuses on early stage, growth investing in diverse industries such as energy, transportation, digital, life sciences, and real estate across Europe, Belgium.
