In July 2019, 35% of the firm was acquired by Alantra Private Equity, a global investment banking and asset management firm. In October 2025, Asabys integrated AltamarCAM Partners's life sciences team, Aliath Bioventures, into its firm. As part of the agreement, Asabys became an advisor to the fund Alta Life Sciences Spain I.
