About

Euraleo is a private equity firm based in Milan that specializes in the Italian market. Euraleo is a 50/50 partnership between Eurazeo, the French listed investment company, and investment bank Gruppo Banca Leonardo. In January 2010, Euroleo ceased making investments as a result of Banca Leonardo's decision to pull out of making private equity investments. In September 2011, Eurozeo took full control of Euroleo, buying out the half-stake previously owned by Banca Leonardo.
