PPF Partners is a private equity firm that focuses on investing in the Emerging Europe region. PPF Partners was established in late 2008 as a joint venture between two of the region's financial services groups: PPF Group and Assicurazioni Generali. In 2013 it was confirmed that PPF would acquire full control of PPF Partners. PPF Partners aim is to deliver value by partnering over the long term with promising businesses, helping management improve strategic positioning and operational performance, thereby delivering value to all stakeholders in this developing region. The firm invests across a range of stages, including growth capital, buyout and early stage investments. PPF Partners is no longer active as of June 2016.
