Founded in 2008, Clearsight Investments was an investment firm based in Pfäffikon. The firm looked to back European-based private equity teams in turnaround and related private equity strategies. It partnered with teams in a fund of fund structure, and it also supported single acquisitions. Clearsights' capital was fully discretionary and came from a combination of several large US and European institutions including pension funds, insurance companies, foundations and endowments as well as the team itself. As of December 2020, Clearsight Investments had ceased fund of fund operations and had transitioned into a family office.
