Curzon Park Capital was set up to provide private equity and venture capital funding to support the growth of businesses across the cleantech sector in Europe. Curzon Park Capital targets companies that address resource efficiency, including the challenges of diverting waste from landfill and its reuse as a product or energy source. The firm invests in roll-outs of proven technology or industry consolidation. Curzon Park Capital has been actively investing in the cleantech sector since 2006 through its first venture fund - Sustainable Technology Fund. Future investments will come from pools of private equity funds which are drawn down on a deal specific basis. Curzon Park Capital’s aim is to generate excellent returns by providing growing business with the resources to build companies that provide world leading solutions to the challenges of moving towards a more resource efficient and lower carbon based economy. In 2011, Curzon Park Capital ceased operations and re-launched under the name Disruptive Capital Finance. The new firm primarily operates on a deal by deal basis, and continues to manage previous Curzon Park Capital funds raised.
