Perfectis was established in 2000 and is a Paris-based private equity firm. The firm invests in profitable small and medium French companies in a range of sectors with preference either as a minority or majority shareholder. The firm provides growth financing in France or abroad in spin-off companies utilizing MBO, MBI, OBO and buyout strategies. In July 2012, Perfectis spun out of Eurler Hermes after the Perfectis' management and industrial holding HLD bought stakes in the firm. Perfectis advises Groupe HLD in its investment strategy. The firm is no longer investing.
