LBO France is a France-based fund management firm that focuses on private equity and real estate investments supporting French and Italian companies. The private equity arm of the firm invests buyout capital & venture capital in mid-cap and small-cap companies in diversified sectors across Europe, the Middle East & Africa. The firm currently manages an investment platform LBO, Energea VITA, that invests in the energy transition that enables the decarbonization of the economy. Energea VITA provides debt financing across complementary technologies (e.g. solar, wind, bio-energy, energy efficiency), aiming at superior risk-adjusted returns.
