S-Refit is a private equity firm that targets technology companies in the East Bavarian region. S-Refit has no specific industry focus but are active in the biotechnology, mechanical engineering and software sectors. Approximately 70% of its investments are in technology and close to 30% in areas conventional to the well-known German Mittelstand, or mid-sized companies. S-Refit targets companies at different stages including start-up, growth and management buyout/buy-in. Sobera Capital took over the management of S-Refit in Regensburg effective July 1, 2016. Simultaneously, Sobera Capital also assumed management of associated vehicles S-Refit EFRE Fonds Bayern GmbH (EFRE), medTECH Capital Fonds GmbH (medTECH).
