CDC Corporation was a China-based operator and growth investor in hybrid (on premise and SaaS) enterprise software, IT, and new media businesses. The group consisted of four companies: CDC Software, CDC Global Services, CDC Games and China.com. It had also worked with the government of Nanhai District (Foshan) to jointly establish a venture capital fund called Foshan Nanhai-CDC Technology and New Media Fund. As of Q1 2014, CDC Corporation ceased to exist as a business entity.
