Finint Investments is a fully licensed Italian asset management company that manages private equity, private debt, infrastructure, natural resources, real estate and securities investment funds. Finint Investments is part of the Banca Finint banking group, one of the key players in the Italian corporate and investment banking market, structured finance, and asset management. In 2012, Finint Investments was also authorised to establish and manage harmonised funds. Originally founded in 1980 as a financial institution operating in the leasing market by Enrico Marchi and other partners, Finanziaria Internazionale became Banca Finint in 2014. Its founder and chairman, Enrico Marchi, has also been active in the infrastructure sector since 2000, serving as chairman of SAVE, the management company for the Italian airports of Venice, Treviso, Verona, Brescia, and Charleroi-Bruxelles. With over 400 employees, the bank is headquartered in Veneto, the beating heart of the production chain in north-eastern Italy and one of the wealthiest regions in Europe. Banca Finint is a leader in the Italian securitization and structured finance market, with over 300 structured transactions to its name. In July 2025 Finint Investments acquired Hedge Invest.
