About

Luxembourg based Eiger Capital was established in 2001 as a manager of private equity fund of funds focusing on technology. The firm was created through a joint venture between its management and Financière Natexis Banques Populaires. The company planned to launch its first fund in 2001 with a target of approximately EUR 200 million, EUR 40 million of which was to come from Natexis. Eiger Capital's first fund of funds was abandoned at a later stage and the firm ceased to exist.
