Established in 1991, VCM was a provider of fund of funds, managed accounts and services in growth capital and mezzanine, venture capital and buyout investments. The company had relationships with over 110 fund managers. On 1st January 2009, VCM merged with CAM Private Equity and Sal. Oppenheim Jr. & Cie. to form a single fund of funds manager called Sal Oppenheim Private Equity Partners. This firm was subsequently acquired by Deutsche Bank.
