The firm’s real estate arm focuses on opportunities in multifamily and office properties across Puerto Rico, including the acquisition, redevelopment, and management of real estate assets, as well as the provision of real estate debt and the management of private real estate funds. The hedge fund arm provides investment advisory services to individual and institutional clients through separately managed accounts.
