Founded in 2009, TMT Capital Partners is a Chicago-based private equity firm that makes control investments in differentiated middle market and lower-middle market manufacturing, distribution and business-to-business service companies. TMT also makes direct secondary and distressed private equity investments. The firm focuses on companies headquartered in the US, with a particular focus on the Midwest. TMT Capital Partners is an independent sponsor and is therefore not subject to the capital deployment schedules, hold period restrictions, or other requirements that govern the investment processes of traditional private equity funds.
