The company was founded to protect and commercialise the Hebrew University’s intellectual property. Since 2015 they manage a fund called Agri-nnovation that makes start-up investments focused on agricultural inventions originating from The Hebrew University's Robert H. Smith Faculty of Agriculture, Food and Environment
