Scepter Partners is a standing capital syndicate of ultra-high net worth individuals and in main sovereign wealth investors who have combined resources to invest in off-market large cap transactions globally. Headquartered in Bermuda with representative offices in New York, London and Hong Kong and Beijing, Scepter was founded to sponsor the acquisition of large cap assets. The firm invests in large cap companies with a preference for the media and telecom industries, as well as real estate, natural resources, and infrastructure. The firm also aims to co-invest with each of their initiatives, allowing for an alignment of long term interest. Scepter's investments are not structured like traditional private equity models where there is a need for a more stringent time frame on exit and commercialization. The firm however seeks to develop long term value in assets as an absolute return investor.
