ASI Capital is the US based private equity firm. The firm's investment strategy is a twofold platform, first as an opportunistic generalist that focuses on small and middle-market investments such as private equity or hybrid debt and second as a specialist in healthcare focused on direct investment into independent hospitals, outpatient surgery centers, and other direct providers across US. The Convergence Group manages ASI Capital. ASI Capital's fund, ASI Healthcare Capital Partners I, LP is designed to make and has made, strategic investments in small to mid-size healthcare providers through an established pipeline of experienced managers and sponsors. The Fund partners with seasoned operators and independent physician entrepreneurs on the development and operation of acute care hospitals, specialty hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, and other independent specialty healthcare providers. The Fund will succeed by focusing on simple facilities, delivering five-star service and aligning with physicians as partners instead of employees. ASI Capital's second open offering is ASI Capital Income Fund. The fund pursues investment opportunities in several real economy sectors that management believes are poised for continued growth and indicate a long term need for private capital. These real economy investment opportunities include real estate, private equity, and private credit strategies, where ASI can make direct investments in property, private companies or provide direct financing for small to mid-sized companies.
