About

Established in 2014, MS Capital is a Tokyo-based private equity fund manager set up by the firm’s CEO, Masahiro Takagi, in partnership with SIG Asia Investments (US) and High Hope Group (China). On top of the personal capital contributed by Mr. Takagi, MS Capital is investing in mainly early-stage venture and buyout opportunities in Japan through joint ventures with the two firms mentioned. The firm targets various sectors, including IT, robotics, artificial intelligence (AI), clean technology, intellectual property, and consumer services.
