Charterhouse Strategic Partners is a U.S.-based fund manager that makes private equity and debt investments in middle-market, established businesses across North America, particularly the United States. The firm makes venture capital, growth, buyout, and mezzanine investments in telecommunications, healthcare services, business services, and fintech businesses. The firm originally commenced operations in 1973 as the U.S. investment arm of the UK-based Charterhouse Bank. In the mid-1980s, Charterhouse Group became an independent entity. In 2016, the two senior executives of the firm modified the firm’s strategy and formed Charterhouse Strategic Partners.
