Spiral Ventures, formerly known as IMJ Investment Partners, is a private equity firm based in Singapore. The firm focuses on investing in seed and early stages for the India market and in early and growth stages for the Southeast Asia market. The firm was jointly set up by IMJ Corporation, a web and mobile company in Japan, and Fenox VC, a Silicon Valley venture capital firm. After IMJ Corporation was acquired by Culture Convenience Club (“CCC”) in 2013, IMJ Investment Partners continued its investment activities independently, and eventually relocated its office to Singapore to change its strategy. In March 2017, IMJ Investment Partners left CCC Group and rebranded to Spiral Ventures. The firm invest in big data, HR tech, AI, transportation, logistics, retail, healthcare sector.
