Tower Gate Capital is a multi-fund and multi-adviser operating platform that provides Operational, Regulatory and Risk Management support to funds and financial services businesses. We operate both an Alternative Investment Fund Manager (AIFM) Service and an Appointed Representative Service (AR) providing middle and back-office solutions to Private Equity, Venture Capital, Credit, Real Estate, Infrastructure and other Alternative Investment funds. We work with leading partners including depositaries and administrators. Tower Gate Capital works with start-ups, spin-outs and fast growing financial services groups, as well as providing an on-going outsourced operational solution to larger institutions. We free up our clients to manage, advise, trade and lead deals. In November 2016, Tower Gate Capital was acquired by MJ Hudson, an alternative investment law firm based in London, UK with offices in Paris, Zurich, Jersey and Guernsey.
