Berlin Capital Fund was founded in 1983 by Berliner Sparkasse. It supports innovative companies, in particular from the Berlin-Brandenburg region, from the first financing through to listing on the stock exchange. The investment focus is on the sectors of IT, telecommunication and life sciences as well as media, trade and commercial services. Since 2007, Berlin Capital Fund and its portfolio have been managed by Sobera Capital who spun-out from Triginta Capital.
